Our candidate vetting process involves finding the most qualified applicants among hundreds of profiles we have on file. Based on their strengths and experience, we can condense our applicant pool to individuals who would be the best fit for the role. After the initial resume review, candidates go through a thorough screening process, including a thorough understanding of why they are choosing to make a change and making sure their project type and size fit the firm we are searching for.  This works for both the types of design projects and the field experience.  These processes are the bedrock of our vetting process.
